Dirty, loud a/c, toilet did not work properly, asked for walk-in shower, got a bathtub with a constantly flickering light. Overall, very uncomfortable. Room was dingy, drab. This Doubletree doesn?t compare at all with the Doubletree at Greenway Plaza.
The staff staff were very welcoming and attentive.
The valet parking area was very congested and no elevator in parking garage.
