LondonAmazing hotel. Really friendly staff. Super clean and great location. Faultless.
Nothing.
Atmosphere
I forgot my silk pyjamas under the pillow and realised it just 5 hours after check-out. I immediately contacted the reception, but it took them hours to reach housekeeping. The next day, they claimed nothing was found. I had only a toothbrush, toothpaste, and those pyjamas with me — nothing else — and I went home in my own car. When I got home and didn’t see the pyjamas in my bag, I instantly called the hotel. It’s very disappointing that instead of showing any real effort to help, the response felt dismissive — as if I simply “lost it myself.” It’s not about the value of the item, but about how the situation was handled. Either the item was taken by housekeeping or sent to laundry with the bedding — but I was never informed whether those possibilities were even checked. The most unpleasant part is being made to feel like I imagined it or made a mistake, when I know exactly what I had with me. It leaves a bad impression and damages trust.
