Great price for a comfortable...

The rooms were comfortable and there was a kettle, some tea and biscuits which were a thoughtful addition. The bathroom was clean and it had great hot water. The staff kept my luggage before check-in and they also let me keep my luggage at their city branch which was so kind. The stay was comfortable and also nice and quiet.

There was a strange squeaking sound during the night which woke me up a few times. The room could get a little cold so bring extra layers. The location is a 15 minute bus trip.

The staff was always very nice and helpful, 5-stars to all of them! The room was good sized.

The windows' blinds were not great. The cleanliness could be improved.

Great location to get to Oxford. Easy trip in by bus. So, useful to have parking. Spacious room, well kept and equipped.

I booked the wrong room by mistake and they were very accommodating and changed us around even though it turned out to be my fault. Very nice people
