No it was perfect

Great property---very clean, lots to do.

The front desk staff was very rude upon arrival. Arrived at 4:15 and were immediately told our room was not ready. After discussion that wasn't pleasant the room was miraculously ready. Also, must request room cleaning on an App and no one explained.

House cleaning

Cleanliness of public spaces and bathrooms. Also witnesses people doing smoking crack in the lobby and a bathroom

Staff seemed indifferent. Many places/restaurants within Caesars were not open. Self park garage confusing and difficult to follow and/or not clearly marked

The room was great house cleaning was great the commendations was good the front desk was great everyone was very good and nice

No it wasn't everything was great

The hotel is dated and needs updating. There was a smell in the room we complained and asked to change the room. They did not want to do it. The staff is least concerned about guest needs. They just don't care. I called front desk, was on hold for 15 mi

for 15 mins, couldn't wait went down to ask for a toothbrush. they said they would send housekeeping. waited for one and a half hours NO ONE SHOWED UP. Again went down to complain to FD , but they just shrugged their shoulders. WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

The location and the room was nice.

The phone in the room couldn't call the front desk or housekeeping or any hotel programmed numbers.

Very close to the Outlets and Boardwalk, Nice atmosphere. The food and the music along with the table games and sports book at Wild Wild west is a perfecft combination. The Burger from AC Snack Shack is top teir.

Old water bottle left on window sill in room, had to ask for towells.

The hotel was walking distance to everything we wanted to get to.

The hotel did not have a microwave or refrigerator in the room
