Location was great, room was very spacious, having the pool and sauna were a plus. Staff on reception very nice.
Our room didn’t have enough towels for two people or a bath mat, the carpet was also wet in some areas which was odd.
The staff were extremely lovely and caring, especially the young girl at the reception (I'm not sure if her name is Rusne). Also staff at breakfast were so kind and caring. My husband looked forward to seeing and chatting with the lovely Bhsamn every morning. Also, Claudia and Charlie were excellent
The room's soundproofing wasn't that thick as we could still hear the guest speaking in the hallway.
Nice rooms and comfortable beds
The room was very hot and no window could be opened.
We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and have always been given a roomwith a view of the castle and gardens. This time we overlooked a roof car park.
