Close to shops and train station.
Wasn't too sure about the window catch as seemed to be broken. The lift slightly small but all good.
I really liked the location of the hotel. The room is quite comfortable The staff was very attentive and helpful.
At first there was a technical problem with the Internet, which the hotel manager resolved in a short time
Fantastic location would recommend
Nothing everything was great
Very nice staff, he gave advice on what was nearby and was available to message if anything was needed. The location is excellent - five minutes from the Lapanto Metro and near to plenty cafes and bars. The included breakfast is highly recommended, it's in a hotel just nearby and has a fantastic range to choose from the buffet. This hotel works great for weekend trips and offers a quiet spot away from the rush of the city centre.
Some of the utilities could be repaired or cleaned, and the stairwell at night lacks lighting, so I would recommend using the elevator to reach the hotel floor.
Very convenient for metro and can walk to vatican
Nice clean and comfortable room, not in the centre of things, but close to the river and a short walk to the metro. Nice breakfast included although it was at a different location, just round the corner.
Entry was a little cumbersome at first, but soon got used to the different code and keys.
The location is close to the Metro or bus station. The room is spacious and clean compared to other European hotels. Walking distance to Vatican City and surrounded by many restaurants. Although there is no 24-hour receptionist, the management gives us a clear explanation of how to enter the building. They gave us many options to communicate easily when we have questions or issues.
