The location was excellent! and friendly and helpful cleaners!

We regrettably found that hotel did not provide good value for money during our stay in the high season While some staff members were friendly, particularly those responsible for room cleaning, there were instances where other staff members, particularly in the breakfast room, were not as attentive. Additionally, we felt that the swimming pool area could benefit from an improved design.

Nice and clean, good sized room and bathroom. No kettle in room but when I asked at reception I was given a kettle, mugs and loads of tea bags which was fantastic. Staff were really friendly.

Bed was rock hard. Really disappointed about the hotels advertised private beach. We had to pay to use the beach I fully expected it to be free for hotel guests from the listing details. Guests dont even get a discount. This may be a booking.com fault and not the hotel fault though.

Wonderful staff and facility. I forgot an item in my room and the staff kindly offered to mail the item to me.

The proximity of the hotel to everything we needed was so nice beginning with a nice easy 5 minute walk from the train station. 5-15 minutes from groceries, church,great restaurants and the sea right across the road. The buffet breakfast was generous, with lots of options even for diet restricted folks like me. We loved the ambience, and the decor as well.

The sea front location was excellent. The parking was excellent and very secure. Good breakfast.

Bathroom shower was very small and would be difficult for large people. The bathroom was a little dated in appearance.

The breakfast was not good. The beds were both extremely uncomfortable and also very loud cracking noises from them. The children slept on a sofabed that was so old and ruined that it did not flat out completely. The swimming pool is yellow from the water and it ruined our swimming clothes. You could see from the wood and interior that everything is just dated, the only thing signifying that this is a four star hotel is the pricetag. There were still papers from previous guests under the bed, during our entire week stay.
