The view and the size of the suite we were in.
Temperature was cold inside the hotel. Pool bar should have more food to offer.
The entrance was beautiful. The views were beautiful
Rooms were standard size to me. Resort fee seemed high and valet parking is mandatory. $60 a day for valet
Newly renovated and modern looking. Bike rentals Friendly staff
So many things! Elevators and in room phones were disgustingly dirty. I was hung up on more than 5 times on the phone and that is only when someone picked up, so I never got my question answered after trying for 30 minutes. Took more than 45 minutes to get breakfast at the restaurant and they never gave us water after asking more than once. Cafe line was slow and coffee was terrible. I booked a room with a couch and when we checked in it was missing. They changed us to a new room but it had two queens which was not the king that I booked. For $2k I expected to have what was booked for a discount. Rooms were really small for the cost. Two of the lights in the room didn’t work. Housekeeping came in while we were at breakfast and tossed one of my dresses on the floor to make the bed and left it there. Walls are paper thin so we were constantly hearing people in the halls and the elevator beep when it was called all night long.
