Amazing location and great breakout spaces
Location was great. The number of restaurants on property was perfect.
Rooms were dark. Not enough lighting by the door. Bathroom had no exhaust fan. Ice had to be delivered to room. No bucket or ice machine that we could use. No vending machine or market on property.
Beds are comfortable and spaced out. The bathrooms are great with the best water you can soak and shower with.
The main couches of the tv room in several of the rooms from the large pool ones to the other rooms are not to par, they are uncomfortable and the back part slips.
Excellent location and spacious room. Lovely roof top pool area.
The water never got hot in the shower . Ok for a couple of nights but would of been a problem for a longer stay.
Spacious rooms, a comfortable bed, and the location was good.
I travel a lot, and this is one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. I showed up at my room the night before a 4 am wakeup due to an early flight to find super loud music outside my window due to an event (DJ) that apparently happens every Thursday night. I called the front desk to explain my situation and inquire about the possibility of switching rooms. First, I was told that I was staying in one of the quieter areas, but the woman came back and said that the hotel was full tonight. I then asked if I could get a refund for the night so I could stay at another hotel and get a good night's sleep. And I was told that wasn't an option, but they would comp me breakfast. I was also told that an email had gone out announcing an event. An email means nothing unless it provides context around just how disruptive this could be for someone who's looking for a quiet night. How about a text that lets the guests know that for this particular night, it's going to be loud across the entire hotel? That makes a lot more sense to me.Anyway, there was a total lack of empathy and terrible service; I will not be returning to this hotel.
