Best Western Plus Hotel Genova

We had a pleasant stay. The property has a more traditional charm, it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was excellent , directly across the road from the station which made things so easy with our luggage . It was also a straight forward walk into the city centre. Breakfast was fine , nothing fancy but plenty of choice to start the day . The only downside was that the air conditioning could have been better but overall a convenient and comfortable choice for a short stay with helpful staff and good location

3 bed appartment was so nice very clean and even had a steam room. It was such a large apartment more like a big house. I will definitely be coming back to stay. It was more like a 5 star hotel

Beds were slightly hard so did not sleep well! But that is not the hotels fault as I find it hard to sleep at any hotel. Breakfast was goidbut not many hot food vegetarian options. A lot of sweet selections

The postion near the railway station and the high standard of decor.

I looked at the breakfast but thought it did not match the standard of the rest of the hotel. I compare the standard with other hotels I have stayed in recently in Italy.

Close to Turin Porta Nova station.
