The hotel, staff, location are all very nice.
We were disappointed by the rooftop: it is completely closed off by glass/plastic walls and it feels like being in an aquarium, not a rooftop. We didn’t go. Also we were disappointed that there was no restaurant on the ground floor. It’s only open for breakfast. But nothing for dinner.
The room was very spacious, and while the window was to a narrow interior patio and we had to use electric light all the time, it was not an issue for us. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious and very functional (good space to leave toiletries, very nice sink, excellent and spacious shower). The temperature of the room was ideal, and it was very very clean. Both, the reception and the housekeeping staff went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay.
The hotel has labyrinth-like corridors and it was easy to get lost. It took a while to learn our way, but we took it as a funny anecdote. The rooftop terrace/bar is only open Wednesday-Sunday, and tends to be too crowded.

Location
The visit started badly as we had paid for a superior room with a view of Santa Ana Square. The room was average and the view was a complete building site, which the hotel failed to mention both on booking and check in. We spent the next hour in heated debate with two staff members then the manager as we were trying to resolve the issue. We spent the first night in the disappointing room and for the following two nights we were given a suite as compensation for the awful issues on the first day.
The location
It’s not good value for me. Very expensive hotel with no pool, no sauna, gym for only 3 persons. Then, the famous roof terrace is always busy in events so the hotel guests don’t have access to the roof terrace.
