The location was good.
Being ignored by valet. The shower door was very small to get in it. Housekeeping did not turn down the room Saturday morning. Needed an in room microwave. We did not receive breakfast or information on how to order breakfast. Overall very disappointing for money. Will definitely not return.

Beautiful staff was great. Loved the access to restaurants and bars right in the hotel. Room service was impeccable
The bathroom was extremely small, one of the smallest I’ve ever encountered even through my European travels
The valet service was delightful with attentive, gracious human beings, thank you!
The phone in our room was not working, (so no room service, etc.), the counter tops were dusty, there was a charge for WiFi, room service came at 5PM, there was 1 robe for a double bed room with 2 people, the concierge was not present
wonderful history which is why we were there
our bed light did not work. Our ceiling fan made clicking sounds and louder if faster. Worst situation was the hot water for the shower took at least 10 minutes to get hot...no one expects that for a luxury hotel.
Breakfast was amazing and Ellyngtons was lovely. I deeply appreciated how they were able to sub for gluten free. I loved the espresso maker in my room and my robe. I wish I could have experienced more amenities while there.
The layout of the rooms on the floors are a bit confusing, such as the numbering is all over the place. Due to construction downtown, it was very hard to get into. But there really was not anything about the actual experience that I didn't like.
