good food, booze, layout

Reservations for dinner. 18+ only for some restaurants that were empty. finding chairs - limited. Game to get chair spots.

Pool amenities were great if you could get there before 7 a.m. to get a spot, there was something for everyone to do, overall facilities were clean. Concierge checked in frequently, but did little to solve the problems efficiently.

Room had several defects, broken door, broken air conditioner, mold, unclean tub, and a large rusty construction nail on the bathroom floor. I was subject to bait & switch for an excursion, could not get food reservations. The food available was horrible.

We love the atmosphere of this hotel and the staff are all great. There are a number of things to do for all ages and we enjoyed the duck pin bowling with our teenage son and the Vibe building. We did not have the chance to use the water park.

The food was not as good as we would have expected especially at the non reservation locations and if you did not have a reservation you had to wait over 2 hours so we were stuck with room service a few times.

We liked the pool and beach lagoon.

We did not like making reservations to eat dinner at specific locations and the lack of beach chair spots each day.

lOTS to do on property. loved the private cove beach area. tons of food options. Liked that we could book excursions and transport at the hote.

Our room flooded b/c of a problem next door. not cleaned well the 1st day. Staff member we asked refused to even discuss changing our room. A second staff member agreed but tried to put is in a room super far away. Felt like a punishment for their iss

The people.

The baked goods were stale and cold.

Lots of things to do on site provided you reserve ahead of time. Clean and spacious.

Leaving resort was expensive. Location is a bit far from everything and the buffet was mediocre. The good restaurants all get booked up early and require reservations unless youre a vip member.
