Bed was nice to sleep in and the breakfast buffet had good selection and was very nice
In the bathroom the toilet was not totally clean and the shower lacked water pressure. The window view was not that good.
Comfortable rooms, convenient (although pricey) parking, excellent breakfast
The first room that was given to us was not ready, it was cold in the second room (window did not shut completely) construction noise came in for the same reason.
Great location, great restaurant and amazing breakfast.
Bathroom smelt really bad on arrival and for our entire stay. As if there was a drain issue
Everything
Nothing
Food, sauna, restaurant and the room are clean.
No free slipper, toothpaste, and toothbrush which are essential
Minimalist style. If you try to be eco-friendly on holiday, I recommend this hotel. They serve an excellent Nordic breakfast. The hotel is not in the central town, but seeing Helsinki's cultural sites is enjoyable. If you like, you can walk to the town centre. Of course, one of the tram stops is near the hotel.
It would be nice to have tea/coffee-making facilities in a room.
