Charming and great location. Also the live music and bar was a great touch.
I like how spacious and clean the bathroom was. Some of the staff are friendly. The place let dogs stay in the hotel
As a pet friendly hotel, i would have thought they would have some amenities for pets but there wasn’t. The wifi didn’t work at all when we were there. There were loud noises at night when we were sleeping and also in the morning. It sounds like somebody was dragging or dropping things.
Beautifully decorated for the holidays…lots of comfy nooks to enjoy relaxing in…room was lovely and comfortable…

we went to bar once we were checked in , 3 bar staff, one new team member corey. crazy bad attention to service-bar not full. maybe 10 patrons. we ordered white wine, none cooled, ok, we said bring it in a wine chiller with ice it would be ok, tick tick tick, 20min later and a fairly audible request for bar member to deliver order bottle of wine to where we were seated, we were told new team member in training, cool, -not our problem, trainer, step up!. took a few more min to order food, which was fine by the way. just a bummer vibe at the bar. we were hangry, yet trying to be friendly customers.
