The excellent position and splendid view over the bay. The friendly and helpful staff.
Some of rooms are not at all up to expectations. For example, we spent our first night in the room no. 509 and were very disappointed with it. After insisting, the following nights we got a much better room.
breakfast was tasty
no issue
Very good location ziti a beautiful pool and view, Breakfast was really good. Has mini golf and French La ptanque. Our daughter enjoyed a lot Has many rabbits n a play ground in the big garden
Check in at 5pm, very late! Its for our anniversary and birthday, we requested hotel to do a small cake or some surprise but non
Not the first time here, love the model of this hotel - small summer houses and beautiful nature around. Located perfectly.
Breakfast is a bit poor.
- location. The hotel is situated just next to Beaulieu-sur-mer. It takes 10min to get to the train station. It is comfortable to come from the Nice airport by train. Also it is very easy to take the train to visit nearby towns like Eze, Monaco, Nice. There are nice walks just next to the hotel, you can visit all the Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat by walk. Also theres a beach just next to the hotel. - surroundings. The hotel has a beautiful and well maintenance park, the swimming pool with an amazing view and breakfast hall with a sea view. -many activities for all age groups. We would definitely come back here with our children, because the conditions are great for the families. - staff was very nice and helpful!
The room was clean and quiet. The swimming pool was EXCELLENT. The proximity to the beach and the restaurants was great. The breakfast was AMAZING.
Nothing. Pretty much close to perfection. Maybe a bit too many clouds in the sky in the evening, but that wasn't the hotel's fault.
The location is amazing! The views are 5 stars. The outdoor breakfast view is magical! I felt rejuvenated on 2 days. The food at the the hotel is amazing, views are perfect, service is impeccable. The value far outweighs the price.
Nothing
Superb location Lovely garden/grounds Great breakfast
Entertainment was comically embarrassingly bad (Saturday night) The property has so much potential which is not leveraged. Pool restrictions of no drink. Food. No bar, towel charges, no kettle to make tea in rooms is archaic We wanted to have dinner and told three hours before that they were booked and no more space. Very restricted time. In fact the restaurant was not busy at all but this seemed to be more about them having to make up enough food in advance. No snack bar available So we were forced to eat out each night The reception area leading to the upstairs area had a bad musty smell We would have loved to spend more time and money at the hotel and using its facilities to the full but they were shockingly just not geared up for this and very uncommercial. It was both terrific and terrible in equal measure which was incredible given such a prestigious world class location. Missed opportunity and nice staff but a clear lack of customer first thinking and experience I would stay again but will take a kettle with me
The grounds & location are fantastic.
The room was dirty, stained curtains, the shower was simply not fit for purpose, simply too small to use and to top it off the room was infested with ants!!! Could be such a good place to stay, but the room was just dreadful.
