Great location. Beautiful views. Lovely restaurant. Bar on 71st floor was amazing. Definitely want to go back.Love this place.
Getting access from parking to hotel lobby is a challenge - a bit of a maze.

I booked a double and then at check in had no doubles available??! Gave us a King for 3 people. Then they said they would send a cot, never got that. Went back to reception and they said there were no cots available and finally at 4am they gave us a room with 2 beds.
