The so called breakfast was very disappointing. Nothing fresh at all.
The walls are paper thin. Thank goodness the cockroach didn’t seem to mind :/
I like that our dog is welcome here and generally there is a room available. The location right across from the Simonson is a huge plus.
This place is usable but always smells bad, mostly in the hallways. It is fairly run down already and has carpet everywhere.
It was clean and well kept
TV didn't work. I did some trouble shooting, I think the router box/modem is old and worn out. After I checked in and went to my room, noticed the TV didn't work. Had to leave for an event, to come back later. When I left, I told the front desk guy. He told me the HDMI cord might be in the wrong port. I told him I tried the other port and the same thing, no channels. TV was on, but nothing else. He didn't seem to show that he was going to go check it out. I can't back later and it was the same. It came on for a moment but then back to a blank screen. I'm pretty sure it needs a new box. Room 216. The breakfast was pretty scant. it would have been nice for a few more did options. Grand Forks was a busy weekend, and the hotel seemed pretty short staffed. They were nice enough to let me check out at 11:30 instead of 11:00, so that was nice. The stay was good enough for a clean bed and decent shower. Served it's purpose. Could use some upgrades.
.
It was a place to sleep before getting on plane .
Had to change rooms 3 times because of no cable in 2 of the rooms
