Beach and pool. Room was ample size

Facilities were ok, felt old. Very expensive and did not feel luxurious. Hot water didn't work well and room was not made up the second day until I asked.

I paid for a room with a beach view. When I arrived I was given a room that did not look over the beach. When you reached your head around a wall on the terrace, you could see the beach. That is far from what I booked. I complained to the front desk, who gave me a lot of push back. They told me a beach view was a premium room and I would have to pay an additional $200 for that room. Upon me continuing to challenge the idea that this was an ocean view room, they then lowered the asking to $100 then $50. I said I was not paying any additional monies for something I should have gotten in the first place. We went to our room frustrated and feeling completely taken by booking.com and The Reach Key Curio Collection by Hilton. Not what I would expect from a 4 star Hilton resort. After going to our room the manager called and said, after further review, it appears you paid a premium rate and they were going to move us to a room that had a beach view. This is not the way I wanted to start my anniversary. The whole incident left a bad taste in my mouth for Hilton as a brand.

Food and drinks were better than my last visit.

The general cleanliness was not good. Random cleaning product containers in public areas like near elevators for extended periods of time.
