This property is only a few years old so it is in mint condition. The rooms are large, modern and comfortable. The gym is excellent, the parking is now complimentary and front desk were excellent on arrival. I staying in the Conrad part of the hotel which is more luxurious than the Hilton rooms. I was also comped a $75 F & B credit. Thank you Resorts World. PS. The pools are splendid and glamorous too!
My third visit and I will be back when next in LV
Cleanliness and lovely building TV channels View over the pool and city
Slightly uncomfortable bed No hand soap ( was filled up day 2) Resturant choices were ok but a McDonald's or cheaper value for money would be good. Or more deals. Expensive alcohol in the gift shop ($45) for bottle of wine and No where to access alcohol late at night on arrival. Expensive alcohol in casino $17 a glass of wine..I couldn't see any happy hour advertised. Food court staff were slow and not communicative eg; I didn't know I needed to use the machine at first and the worker did not help me. I tried using the Grub Hub app for room service and it wasn't working. The mini bar in our room was ridiculously over priced! $45 for a small bottle of wine, $20 for a tiny johnny walker , $6 can of coke ..we ate the cashews because we were starving late at night and not much open downstairs. The pizza restaurant was closed on Tuesday when we wanted to try it. No complimentary tea or coffee in the room or little free snacks, this made it feel uncomfortable. Even a microwave to heat up left overs would be good to save money and waste. The shower was terrible! Low water pressure did not even reach a nice hot temperature and the over head rain shower dripped down cold water when using the fixed shower head. The shops were not interesting at all and expensive. No entertainment, poor atmosphere. I was bitterly disappointed with Resorts World overall and would not stay here again.
