Paid an arm and a leg to stay here for the eras tour but it was worth it!!! The staff was so warm and kind. We were blown away by the extra effort put in to make it extra magical! Balloon arch photo ops of each era scattered throughout the hotel, life size cut outs of Taylor, plus friendship bracelets given upon check in! Hotel was actually quite nice in person! It felt high end and everything was nice and clean. The less than 10 min walk back from the Roger’s Center was awesome after a full night of singing and dancing. Highly recommend if you are staying for an event there. Thank you Radisson Blu!
I attended the Taylor Swift concert with my daughter so the location to the Rogers Centre was fantastic. The bed was very cozy and the room was spacious. It was a great size for a one room hotel room. The washroom was clean but relatively small. The lobby was decked out for Taylor Swift which the hotel didn’t have to do; that really added a special touch. The check-in reception was welcoming.
The breakfast at the Watermark was terrible. All food that was supposed to be warm was stone cold (waffles, cheese omelette, hash browns, etc.). The waffles were so cool that I actually wondered if it had just been thawed only from a frozen package and not toasted. The hash browns were so cool that they were tough to cut through. One customer with a child complained about same thing and left without eating. Let’s just say for $35 per person x2 ($70 plus tax), I was expecting more than for my daughter to wind up eating cereal from the mini boxes they had out. I didn’t even bother to eat the cold omelette. They should just pull doing breakfast - if they don’t have access to a kitchen and effective warming plates for their buffet.
The room was lovely. Beds very comfortable. Great views.
Card only payment. Really should accept cash too !!! Coffee shop facilities close very early.
The common areas & the rooms were Clean, and looking modern. Once inside the rooms, we don't hear much noise, from other rooms or from outside. The hotel is well located.
The price is a little higher than what we would like. And the breakfast is a little expensive for the amount of food we had.
All good
Squeaky beds
all good, great location
had no complaints
