The location is excellent,

It is difficult to find food suitable for coeliac diet ! Evening menu did not have alot of choices

The breakfast was great. The location was brilliant. One female staff member in particular was fantastic. However, we had no hot water in our room for our entire stay, and the female staff member previously mentioned tried her best to rectify the situation and even gave us access to another room on one occasion, which was helpful. However, on the morning of our departure there was a young man at reception during checkout, and when we mentioned to him that the water in our room was still cold and maybe it should be rectified for the next guests, he was less than concerned, even said that if the water was cold in our room then that would have been the case for all the rooms - which we knew was not the case.

The fact that lack of hot water in our room was not rectified over or 3 day stay.

Room was a little snug and got quite warm fast. Fan was provided but still warm.

Staff are always so friendly. Pool is lovely. The bedrooms are spacious and very comfy beds. Second time we have stayed here and we will definitely be back.
