A lot!! They made me pay over $--- for my cousin to visit.

Food was disgusting, literally leftovers with some adjustments were served next days , AC in the room didnt work, we asked many times to fix it but unfortunately they did not. Restaurants were always full and was not possible to book a table . My toddler got stomach issues from their food . We left hotel deeply disappointed and would not recommend.

Overall, food was pretty good. staff was very helpful and friendly. great place for families with children.
Reservation system for restaurants was not user friendly adn limited space made getting reservations extremely difficult. Limited staff at many of the restaurants resulted in excessively long waits for food. too many people saving chairs and lounge areas for hours at a time, not being used.
