Outside noise was quite loud, had a hard time sleeping

One or two of the front desk staff could use more training

Location and amenities

The central location made it perfect for seeing Dublin City. Everything was within walking distance. The staff was incredible. They were very kind and accommodating to my needs. I plan on returning.

The bar across the street has extremely loud music playing into the night as late as 4:00 AM. I didnt research h the area enough before booking, so the chronic noise was unexpected.

Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the hospitable staff to the cleanliness of the room and hotel, to the decor and central location, everything was perfect for my first trip to Dublin.

Location good and big nice room

Could not use hairdryer in the bathroom. The room could have couple separate hangers for jackets since rains a lot.
