El Encanto Garden Hotel

The property was beautiful but a long way from a town.

How clean the room was. The beautiful garden and its view. Peaceful and quiet environment.

Let's start with the path/entrance to the hotel we noticed that there is no security or lighting on the road to the hotel making it feel unsucure. Apart from the night security guard and the gate which is only close during the night we felt unsucure. We understand the low season of guests however we think all commodities(non-alcoholic) beverages should be available at the hotel's restaurant without expecting a high affluence of guests. We had to look for them outside of the hotel at different time and places.

The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. Highly responsive to our requests and needs. We stayed during low season, and they opened the restaurant exclusively for us for dinner! The room was very quiet, as the accommodation was in a separate small building. The only sounds were from birds in the morning! The view of Concepcion is also beautiful.

No negative points, it was a perfect stay :)

Super nice and helpful staff. Nice property where the hotel is located. I loved location and the volcano view from the restaurant.

No light on the way to the hotel. That makes it difficult to walk after 6 pm where it is dark.
