The Ritz-Carlton Residences Waikiki Beach

Everything was modern and extremely clean. The furniture was comfy, and the view, amazing. The staff were extremely kind and professional. I was given tea at check in, and it was great. The main reason I decided this specific hotel was for the deep soaking bathtub. I've stayed at a few places with tubs, and they are nothing compared to the one we had in our room. It was modern, spotless clean, and the flow rate on the faucet was perfect. Allowing you fill it very quickly. I had the best steak I've ever had from Quiora, one of the restaurants on the property. I was able to make a reservation about an hour before on my phone, which was extremely convenient. As was everything at the hotel. Extremely convenient. I'd definitely love to stay here again.

The only critique I have is the menu options for rooms service are a little limited. It should have something for everyone, but I'll be honest and say I was hoping it would be a little more comprehensive. Another tiny quirk is the elevator system, which although extremely secure, the screens to call the elevator tend to freeze when one is called, and therefore you have to wait a minute before you can select where you want to go. This might be a feature and not a bug though. One last thing was the limited options as far as TV goes. It was really only cable, Netflix or YouTube. The function that allows you to use the TV to Bluetooth music was also disabled, but I understand why that is. Really, none of it really took away from the experience.
