Keycard needed to do everything including the elevator. I understand why it’s necessary, I just didn’t care for it

Great hotel for a family!! The on-site restaurant and swimming pool (with waterslide) were a huge hit with our kids. As a bonus, the rooms were pretty soundproof so we barely heard anyone else while we were there- and from the number of people there we knew it was a full hotel. We will definitely be back!

The room was spacious, bed comfortable, pillows great, enough towels for our group & staff was friendly & helpful

nice beds but far too high for small seniors. I asked at the front desk if there was somewhere to eat between 1 & 2pm as i had guests coming to meet us. They told me that the breakfast room served buffet until 3pm. When our guests arrived we found everything closed and were left scrambling to find somewhere. We expect to be better informed at a hotel of this calibre we were very disappointed

Spacious rooms, good parking, appreciated the schedule for the use of the pool in the evenings.

There was 2 small blood stains on my bedsheets. I didn't notice the 1st night because we were so tired from the busy day. I noticed the 2nd night but didn't feel they were detrimental to me. I mentioned it on checkout and provided a picture.
