The rooms were large, we had 2 queens. It was very clean, nice pillows and nice fluffy towels. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool as you had to book a spot and we couldn’t set our schedule like that as we didn’t know exactly when we would return to the hotel from sight seeing each day. Room service was fast, we ordered breakfast to our room each morning (we stayed 2 days) and the room service worker was really nice (we had the same lovely woman each day). Under ground secured parking was offered which we used one of the nights. The location was perfect for us. The hotel is located in a nice clean quiet area and close to a mall if you forgot to pack anything and need to purchase something. My daughter forgot her bathing suit and Deerfoot mall was a 5 minute drive away where we purchased one.

We were given a room on the second floor. Our window in the room looked into the pool so no outside view unfortunately. The room reeked of chlorine! I am assuming they placed us on the family floor close to the pool because I had a teen with me. I would highly recommend not staying on the second floor with a view of the pool if you want to sleep. There were small children excited and running the hallways yelling for the pool staring at 6:30am and going all the way to 11pm. It was really loud. It was perfect for all the families with lots of kids (and there were many) and if I had a gaggle of kids I would pick this hotel on the second floor. Having to book a time to use the pool was impossible for us as we could not predict when we would be done sightseeing for the day to use the pool.
