Great location. Good for local restaurants and day trips. The staff were so friendly and even went as far as booking us in for a massage at the Hilton whilst we were out for breakfast and couldnt book in before hand. Close to a car hire company which is strongly recommended if youre on the island to save you having to book before you go!
Nothing to fault really!! The only thing was the roof top bar that was a big sell for me on the property and unfortunately it was closed 2 out of the 3 night we stayed there. And by the time we got up there they didnt have the umbrellas out and the outdoor furniture didnt have cushions. It was still beautiful but would have liked to see it in full form!!

Gym is not at double tree, gym is at hilton which is across the road - not convenient. No room service. No TV channel, only CNN.

Location is great, right next to American Village. Room is spacious, with ocean view and a balcony. Staff is helpful.
Breakfast is a little bit disappointing to be honest, was expected to have more choices and taste better with this price. Even though we have access to the pool of the other Hilton, just right across the street, but sometimes you just dont want to put on your bathing suit and bathrobe and walk across the street.
