I want to make another complaint About the manager Donnabel and Diana Firstly I was upset to be have treated so bad by the manager Donnabel about the way my bookings went, yes I had a delay and waited a while in the lobby but I did and always paid my rooms 2 days ago I was threatened by the police when it was 12pm and not leaving the room when I was just about to leave I’m now told I’m banned because I waited in the lobby a few times a while to check in I’m sorry but being banned for waiting to check in is unacceptable, at least I wanted to check in I could of easily canceled my booking and went somewhere else but no I stayed here and I wish I didn’t bother I am so upset the way I have been treated and verbally abused Also over hearing the new receptionist Dianna saying to another member of staff I look like a working girl ( like please explain what a working girl looks like ) I was always smartly dressed and always respect-full to staff I will be taking this future to HR and my solicitor for getting banned and made to feel like a criminal for no reason We have been travelling for one year as explained on my first review on the main website under my model name This is the worst customer service I have ever received However the members of staff Hugo and Joanna was very welcoming and their a credit to a hotel, both are amazing at their job and deserve full credit I will be writhing to HR tonight About my Stay and how it affected me last night when I booked I stayed in my room and didn’t feel comfortable going downstairs as Donnabel the manger made me feel unwanted !

Location

They gave us a very poor quality room which wasn't what we paid for and couldn't move us because hotel was full facilities didn't work and room didn't have the lake view as booked just a roof view

Clean and good location.

Very friendly staff. Easy parking.

Bathroom needed a deep clean : bath streaked with grime. Noisy location on busy man road. Room was hot but could open window a little and electric fan provided.
