The staff were very friendly and treated all the guests with the same service whether you tip or not.

We were not happy with the price of the taxi that the bellboy called for us. It was a different company than we used to get there and the price was 50% more

The beach is unmatched, only hotel guests and never saw random poeple on the beach, felt super safe and everyone went out of their way to make sure you got everything you needed. above and beyond.

New area so it is quite far from Cancun and the main areas which could get expensive with Taxis, but it was also a very private area. The food was okay, lots of options at least. Not a ton of mexican food, lots of burgers and hot dogs.

It was super clean and spacious with fabulous grounds. The white sandy beach was gorgeous and swimming /playing in the ocean was wonderful!

Kind of loud w music blasting most of the day and night. Sometimes felt crowded and noisy in pools and dining areas.

Nice location, friendly staff, clean facilities, good food

Very loud rooms, request in advance (4 weeks before trip) to have our 2 rooms (family of 4) next to each other was not considered, unexpected extra charges due to misleading information from booking.com (not hotel's fault)

Its a fantastic place in Costa Mujeres. Good Shows and fantastic food.

They gave us a Sea facing room but it is overlooking construction.

I like almost everything about it. Especially Hotel kitchen is incredible. Staff are great very nice and kind. So much pool option. Water park great. Service is excellent.

I dont like two things. First bed and pillow quality are very bad. Beds are very small there is no way for two person no way. They are so nice they brought an other bed in to the room. Second thing is night shows arent very impressive. Rest of it great
