Great location!

Location: It was ok not too far from major destination around town.

Room: Horrible experience, HK team was an absolute mess, change my new towel but places them on the floor which is super odd. Staff: The staff miscommunication between them team my entire stay, and 1 person a bald head guy was not welcoming at all. They hotel suggest for a no clean room if we place a tag infront of the door, which we did from 09:00 am onward for a free drinks compensation. Somehow when we get I ask the frontdesk about it, the first thing this guy reply was "Did you just put the sign up?" to me that basically asking me did I cheat to put the tag up for a free drinks. So I reply that he can check the CCTV that I put since 09:00 am as thats when I left the hotel. Which is when he stop his attitude and comply to my request. As a hotelier as well, that wasnt a hospitable experience.

The whole place smelled like an ashtray, I’m so glad we didn’t pay for breakfast because there was no way I would be able to eat with how bad it smelled in there. Property was obviously an older property that had been updated, but why they used black paint with low ceilings, I am not sure. Cleanliness was OK, but everything felt much smaller and older than other properties I have stayed at.
