Bianca was incredibly helpful, sweet, accommodating, and made sure to answer all of our questions. We felt genuinely taken care of by her and the other staff. The room and the hotel were exactly as pictured with so much personality that we wanted to stay longer, such a lovely place to stay.

Everything was fantastic!

It doesn't matter what was right.

Do NOT book room number 1 (regular 2 bed room). It should not be sold as a room in hotel. You cannot get ANY sleep because of the noise from the nearby lobby and staff does not respect night hours. The room is not soundproof at all. Constant noise all night, staff laughing, watching videos on phone with speakers on, total hell. It is a ripoff and a bait for tourists, since staff knows the problem and offers another room with additional payment, but will not do any more about it. This room should not be sold as it does not fulfil basic requirements to be called a room in a hotel. I hope that booking dot com will look into that and end this practice of selling accommodation below the lowest standard.

Clean and comfortable room with great value for money good location in the area.

Loud music all day outside where room was located and didnt feel very private being right beside the patio, This wouldnt usually be a problem but unfortunately my partner was very unwell our second day at Valladolid and we were stuck in the room from early evening.

Right in the center with private parking. The staff was extremely helpful and the place is clean.

The ground floor room right in front of the reception was extremely noise, but we coould upgrade ourselfes - 1st floor rooms are much better!
