Worst stay ever this hotel does not check adjoining doors and we woke up to a man in our room in the middle of the night and had to scream at him to get out security never came they never apologized and wouldnt refund us. Room had mold on the Curtains.

Half the equipment in the gym was broken and there was mold on the gym walls the breakfast buffet was $30 Canadian and gross.

We were in a bind. Hurricane Lidia had damaged our large Airbnb and needed to rebook 23 people at last minute. The resort was great for kids and offered beach, pools and all you can eat buffets. It was well located close to shopping and restaurants.

It was a difficult process rebooking 10 rooms. It took 4 hours in reception at 30+ degrees as the reservation manager Diego did not help at all. I had to do all the booking on Booking.com. I overbooked one person and tried to cancel the additional person but as it was already the booking date I needed authorization from the hotel which Diego blocked. So I ended up paying an additional 1095 CAD for this error. Thanks Diego, you were a real piece of work. Considering I gave the hotel roughly 20,000 CAD of business they were not helping or flexible in reversing the error. The rest of the staff especially Geraldo were very helpful and friendly. It is too bad that one person out of a very friendly and curtious staff left us with a poor experience

The hotel description stated a Garden View. When I got there, the room was over looking at parking lot and when I asked the staff about it, they said well. The garden view is the mountain view if you look out into the distance.

When I made a fuss, the first person said no, they could not do anything the hotel was full. I called back and said that I would like to move to a different property of Crystal or some thing else even pay more they then found me a room with an ocean view.

-the food was horrible, -pool isnt like the photos and is unclean -they dont have good entreteinment -beverages too small whit very cheap alcohol

The hotel is poorly cleaned, the room was too dusty, especially the fan. And how much did I understand the bed linen did not change for 1 week? The staff does not speak English.

Breakfast was good

The room I stayed in was nice of size but it need more cleaning the lights on the table stand had a lot of dust . There was a toothpick on the floor underneath the chair we asked for the room to be cleaned on Sunday and they did clean but we noticed the toothpick was left under the chair meaning it was not properly swept. The door knob made us feel unsafe and the lock to the sliding door was very difficult to lock.
