The staff were amazing and helpful and kind
There were lots of stains on the sheets and duvet cover.
I like the location, so close to Kg Baru just around 859m walking distance. Room with twin tower view is nice. Close to monorail station too. Very strategic for tourists. The cleanliness of the room is acceptable.
Late check in but fortunately they give us late check out. And parking spaces is very limited so it based on 1st come 1st serve especially during weekend.
