My first stay (end of February) was exquisite, the service was great (reception, restaurant) and it wasnt too crowded. The food at the restaurant was nice and the gym, pool and sauna services were nice experiences. The scenery and forest made it a nice place to reconnect to nature and walk. Clean: the rooms were clean and the beds comfortable. For easter: it was nice to receive a little packet of Easter eggs, although we received only one while there were two of us for the stay it was still a lovely and appreciated surprise. Free access to the gym, pool, sauna and hammam. Restaurant: the decor was lovely and there was even a pianist playing during my second stay. Food was nice however the menu options seemed limited and had few enticing healthy options from what I remember. I did enjoy the orders I made. Massage: I also booked paid massages sessions at Cinq Mondes. The experience was nice. I booked it separately from my stay but it can be booked together. The available slots seem limited or go fast so I call recommend booking in advance. Note on accessibility: Once I reached the address, I still had to drive a little before getting to the entrance gate. Hence, I would not recommend doing that distance by foot with luggages. It is preferable to go by car if youre not from the area because it is very difficult to access via public transport and I saw in other comments that taxis were expensive. There are a lot of parking spaces available. I loved my first stay so much, I came back during Easter (End of March), however the service was unfortunately subpar during my second stay.
Dislikes: - the fact that people who stayed at the hotel, had no lockers keys for the pool area. Hence, we were recommended to walk in bathroom robes from our room to the pool area which was uncomfortable at times especially since I had to take the lift, walk a few minutes and pass by the reception and entrance lounge and bar in my robe. Id prefer having a locker. - My first stay was wonderful. However my second stay was subpar due to the service. We constantly had to insist to get basic service such receiving explanations on our bill for the stay or accessing the restaurant. One server claimed it was full and that without reservation we were obliged to eat a buffet with very limited options. Were not informed that it was obliged to reserve during our arrival at the reception, one of the servers at the restaurant had us waiting aside for no apparent reason and refused to let us in although we came back with a reservation. After insisting he finally let us in to eat. It was a quiet unpleasant experience. After that, he tried to redeem himself explaining that the place was over crowed. Which was crowded but not full. - during my second stay, the reception made some miscalculations and misinformed us on our package. We though we were being overpriced. They were unable to explain why we paid too much. One of the receptionist because rude stating we shouldnt try to understand our bill. I later found out it was because out package included breakfast no one informed us so we didnt have breakfast there. I might claim the amount back. - hammam was broken during my first stay and people were not informed before and so ask before booking is thats your selling point. The second stay it was functional, but there was a strange smell in the area. Besides the hurdles during my second stay, the place is nice and I had a good time disconnecting. Hence, I might give it a third try before being able to fully recommend the place.
Wonderful location in a huge park, big hotel hence even if busy it doesn't feel busy, the room was very nice and had a comfy bed.
The food is terrible. If you stay, make sure to go elsewhere for breakfast, lunch, and dinner! The hotel is connected to Deloitte, which sends employees for seminars, making it overpriced if you're not with Deloitte.
Great hotel. Bar and reception service fully professional. I recommend !
Good facilities. Close to where we needed to be. Free parking. Breakfast had a good selection
Had to book time in the pool. Waiting over 2 hours for our dinner in the restaurant was a very very big problem. Prices in the restaurant were very high for the quality which wasnt great.
The architecture and site we inherited and still benefit from
the exorbitant price of the breakfast @ 29\pers.
