Beautiful property and facilities.

Struggled with the TV for ages before asking for support, turned out housekeeping left the wrong remote, not a problem for me, just felt bad pestering staff late at night ! :)

Everything was great, the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the bed was comfortable and the room was a really cosy feel

The TV didnt work in our room

Central location, nice rooms. Free breakfast and ongoing coffee facilities available. When the window was closed the room was very quiet regarding both noise inside and outside the hotel. Little extras like Packets of sweets on the reception desk were a nice touch! Friendly staff. Nice seating area available around the drinks and breakfast facilities. Room generally very clean. Good facilities such as cups, spoons, glasses etc. good large fridge. Bed very comfortable.

Underfloor heating was broken it was on really high all night to the point we were unable to walk on the bathroom floor it was actually burning our feet! The room itself was very hot, we tried adjusting the air con but in the end opened the window. The lift was broken and reception allocated us a room on the 5th floor with no offer of any help to take baggage up, from him or the security guard, apart from they would take it up in the lift later. The Tv didnt work but we didnt report it so thats on us. And the pastries and breakfast ran out by 9.45am leaving just a few croissants. Shower door frame was dirty, black grime which was quite noticeable and probably could do with replacing!

Easy going, great location, great price.

Breakfast was basic, even more so than advertised.
