location not bad but not that good either

room much too noisy. impossible to sleep

Good location and very comfortable bed, but very lacking in all other aspects. Room was very dated and did not smell fresh. Walls are very thin (could hear neighbours coughing and talking).

Excellent staff, location, rooms and service. You cannot go wrong with this property

Close to the beach and Venice canals. Clean rooms & comfy beds.

Definitely not staying again. Parking is additional of $25 a night. Bed Mattress was too soft, im barely 120lbs i was sinking down, the next day my whole back hurt. Really wanted to cancel and book another place. Anyway we only stayed 3 nights. As for money i found many other hotels with better prices. Not recommended if you have back problems.
