Paid for early check in which doesn't offer. The staff was very rude didn't wait on me. Motel is run down and look like drug motel trash laying everywhere. I didn't feel safe staying there. And will not refund my money

Could be more advertised
The worst place I have ever seen. Never even got my refund. As soon as you walk in roaches everywhere, no a.c.. rat in the cloudy pool . Receptionist had no bra on with slippers.
No hot water, poor service, and the building appeared to have no upkeep.
Pleasant managers
I and 2 others had reservations and were greeted with a No Vacancy sign on the door. With reservation information in hand we went in and were told they were full, no rooms available to give us. They had taken people on a first come first served basis regardless of whether or not they held rooms for reservations! Of course, we were flabbergasted. We had never heard of such a thing. There was no further explanation other than "first come, first served" and we were, eventually, asked to leave the property. We have been using that hotel regularly for 30 some years and probably will not be back and it is breaking our hearts, but we have hung in there through thick and thin but cannot abide what happened. If there had been a reasonable explanation we might feel better about it, but none was offered, just obstinance. One of our party is in a motorized wheelchair so needs a handicapped room. Where would we find a place that would accommodate? (we did)
The staff
Everything but the staff! No toilet paper in room, tv didn’t work, the bed mattress delapidated and needs to be replaced. The breakfast was no good. The furniture in lobby all ripped up. Lobby needs vacuuming.
Nothing 3 police cars there when we arrived. Reserved king bed got queen room, did go back to desk and was moved. Air not working in that room. Turned down to 69 and 6 hours later came back and was 78. Moved again to queen room.wagfles and cereal only for breakfast
