The Greenhouse Hotel

Great room, exactly as pictures show, spacious, clean, modern. Very happy. Lovely bathroom too.

TV didn't work remote broken, had batteries replaced but couldn't access apps as tv stuck on home screen loading. I did mention to staff.

Really cool facilities and design- it was so nice to have so many relatively good and reasonable food options right onsite, and the space and concept is beautiful. The rooms were as expected, and were comfortable and well appointed. Staff was friendly. The property is in the middle of town, close to Bonus and other shopping areas. The local thermal pool tickets were a nice touch in substitute.

The only caveat of our stay (as mentioned in previous reviews)is that the lounge upstairs was close for renovation, which was a bit disappointing (particularly because we were not notified until we arrived). When marketed amenities are unavailable, it is common in hospitality to provide either discount or an alternative amenity.

This place is so cute and you can absolutely go broke just shopping in the lobby. Everything was gorgeous and I loved all the food options so you can get whatever whenever, even just quality snacks in the lobby.

Just personally wasnt a fan of the bathroom products, they all smelled like gin and eucalyptus which I dont care for but they werent bad quality.

Nice modern and hip hotel. Great concept as it has a coffee shop, shops, foodhall and bar. That makes it convenient and lively.

No door or curtain in the bathroom so it was wet all over. The music at the reception and the foodhall on the 1st floor is too loud. It woke us up early in the morning as you could hear and feel the bass.
