Service staff were great. Pools are good.

The food was extremely average, we luckily didn't get food poisoning like our friends did, the rooms needed refurbishment 10 years ago and the check in staff were not honest. We had $1500 resort credit in our rate, we asked multiple staff over the first few days who said we could spend it on the spa and charge it back to our room. Half way through the 8 night stay we were advised this credit was actually just an expired (2021) coupon book with small discounts that totalled $1500. The resort was unapologetic and thought retrospectively applying an expired $60 coupon to our bill was enough to fix this problem. If we had been told the truth at check in about coupons we would have been disappointed but understanding, however half way through the trip after buying products we were told we could is not acceptable. The property manager was unwavering and stonewalled any responsibility or resolution by blaming us. Be aware they don't provide T&C's at check in and even then they don't mention (expired) coupons. Celebrating an 8 year anniversary, 40th birthday and friends honeymoon would have been more relaxing at home. One last thing to note, if they don't know the answer or can't fulfil the request they still just say yes. Which is what ended up costing us $550USD

Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Good service.

The drinks were obviously watered down to the point that I suspect the alcohol was as well. Several times I asked for a "double" and the bartender more or less refused. The food wasn't bad but for the price it should be better.
