2 King Bed Suite Room layout was ideal for family travelling with grandparents. Family had one room and grandparents in 2nd room with kitchen and living room in the middle.

Walls are thin and you can hear people walking above you. When someone is taking a shower in the next room, you can hear the water travelling through the pipes. Need better sound insulation in the walls.

Good location and staff went above and beyond expectations to ensure a positive guest experience. One of the best breakfast's I've had at a hotel while traveling.

This is an older hotel. The linen and towels were clean. The bed was comfortable. Staff was pleasant.

The refrigerator did not work. Their walls, pleather couch had questionable stains.

we had king suite with 2 double beds, 2 bathroooms, kitchenette, it was perfect for our little famliy of 6 with 2 kids. we have enough space for evrybody, its tight but it worked for us, having the room across the pool and breakfast area was so convenient

my hair dryer was not working

The room (king suite) was very clean when we arrived. Full size fridge. Kitchen sink. Free breakfast and parking.

We were assigned a room upon arrival that was still occupied after wed already climbed 3 flights of stairs (all rooms are accessible from outside doors/ outside stairs). The cleaning staff told us this before we actually tried to go in the room. We then got assigned another room. The room was facing the freeway and the traffic noise was very loud. The room smelled very bad, like someone had been smoking in there or just old room smell or both. The fridge was so loud that we had to turn it way down to make it stop running. This only worked temporarily. There was a full kitchen, but not one pan or dish- so it was unusable. Who travels with pans and dishes to a hotel? Maybe we were supposed to ask for those things, but I have never had to before. The bed was pretty stiff, but most hotel beds are. I travel with a memory foam pad for this reason. I asked for a sheet to put over my pad. No one ever brought it. I called the front desk and they said I could come and get one. Um. Ok. There were some weird burn splotches on the carpet by the window, but other than that, the room was clean. So, between the loud fridge, road noise, and some loud talking in the parking lot, we didnt sleep well at all. The smell never really went away and you can only open the windows a couple of inches. Also in the bedroom there was a mirror on the wall which reflected the sunlight in the morning right into my face through the curtains which didnt cover that light coming in. We asked for a different room, but they didnt have any. The breakfast didnt taste very good. We checked out early and stayed the other two nights in a different location.
