Excellent proximity to shops and restaurants.

Confusing layout with poor direction from front desk staff about how to locate anything or what amenities were available.

Good location. Nicely updated room. Good temperature control in room (a/C)

Renovation going on (which hotel did notify me in advance). Expensive, but it is high season.

The location was very good with the bonus of parking, which is essential. The room was comfortable and clean. Many staff were friendly and helpful. Good for couples. The pool area looked nice. We didn't use it as we had no time.

The balcony had no furniture to sit on, I requested some chairs and was told they would look into it and get some, but nothing ever appeared. There was a 'kitchen area' with a sink, kettle, fridge and microwave. Weirdly, no cutlery or basics of a toaster, so I'm not sure what the area was really intending to be. Requested cutlery, none arrived. The gym is sooooooo small, it's not functional if more than one person is in it.

Bed wasn’t made up or wet towel removed from bed when room serviced. Pool cold. Tea and coffee very unexciting so didn’t get used. Toiletries very basic for price of hotel.
