This is a basic hotel that ticks all the boxes for a good sleep. It’s a little far out but the train services across the road are easy to navigate and a credit card will allow you access to train fares. If doing tours I would suggest staying downtown, but we commuted easily and quickly without paying downtown prices. Absolutely lovely staff and the Earls and Cactus Club restaurants a few minutes walk away easy & pleasant dining… actually a major shopping centre and restaurant district walking distance.
Very basic breakfast with only disposable plates and crockery. All eco friendly, but I found it very wasteful.
Location is handy
Sky train noise at night
Location, attached to the mall and also walking distance to restaurants and other amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and there was ample space in the room to work remotely.
My first room was really close to the sky train tracks and quite noisy, I did switch rooms to the other side of the building and it was much better. Bathroom shower drain wasn’t draining properly Hotel breakfast was not very good, the oatmeal was definitely the worst I’ve had.
The room was next and clean. And the shower water pressure was good.
The entrance needed to tap to enter and with only one entrance and exit. Very inconvenient. When you try to check in you had to wait a bit. The lobby is small and check in desk looks small. Some staff is friendly and some staff unfriendly. The power outage was a nuisance. Was almost locked out. They did not compensate for the hours lost. The breakfast even though is hot, the eggs were not good.
