Near airport with free shuttle
took too long to get the room ready. check time was 3 pm but our rooms were not cleaned till about 5 pm for us to move in. Reception manager had to help housekeeping to clean the rooms. Somethjng is wrong with this hotel management.
Please refund the deposit for hide has been taken from my credit card it’s been more than 1 week funds are not received
