I paid extra for a room with a partial view of the ocean and received a room where the pool was directly outside my window and loud people at the pool woke me up anytime I would try to sleep in, take a nap or go to bed early. I never pay for the nicer rooms and the hotel was already kind of expensive so this was frustrating
