It was very nice
How clean people don’t knock they just open your room door that’s not good
everything
Very dull corridors Staff quite rude
Staff was not courteous generally
Gym and pool were clean.
There was a giant flying roach in my room. The AC in the room was very outdated and sounded like a tractor engine when turned on.
Decent location and there was nothing wrong with the pool
This hotel does not provide any drinking water. You will have to wait in line in the lobby and beg to get two pitiful little plastic bottles, which is not enough hydration to sustain an adult human for one day. Don't count on the vending machines because the one on my floor was broken. There is a little store but bottled water costs $13. I was thirsty the entire duration of my four day stay. Also, the Washington Hilton has the decor and vibe of a CVS. It's very tacky and reeks of perfume and chemicals. There is constantly corny pop music playing at high volume in all the lobbies.
