The lady at check in made us sound a little crazy that we arrived so early and pushed paying the hotel to have an early check in. I found that to be a bit tacky.
Tremendous service. Beautiful room barring a broken light and tv tube failing
The tv was going thru color changes distorting any channel we found. Front desk notified but only one tech person on duty too heavy to take off wall and replace. Too late to pack up and move to another room for only a one night stay.

Room was old, dirty, worn out. Needs a remodel
The location of the hotel was great and the rooftop restaurant was beautiful.
The room we booked online was completely different than what we received. We were placed on the oasis side, which is very outdated. We were definitely treated less than since we were not put in the main hotel.
Standard rooms had peeling wallpaper and outdated, hard to use fixtures in the bathroom.
The valet parking service was very good and efficient.
The room service was terrible. They took half an hour to deliver a set of silverware to the room, then another half hour to deliver bottled water. Housekeeping came only twice to clean our room (we stayed 5 nights) with the excuse of Covid measures.
They hotel is very centrally located in Beverly Hills right next to the Waldorf Astoria. I was giving a really basic room in an older part of the hotel. There was Blk hair in the shower and not enough towels
The hotel room key was supposed to get you in& out of the garage but because the reprogramming didnt work on my key and I had it done twice over they kept charging $55 every time I needed to get out of the garage.
