Quiet area, quick easy check in, plenty of parking, nice pool area, comfortable beds
The elevator floor was absolutely filthy the lock on the bathroom door in both rooms was broken. There wasn’t a safe to store valuables. The doors for the rooms barely fit the frames you could see into the room next to mine. My room door jiggled badly like it’s been kicked open before! Toilet was hard to flush the handle was hit and miss but it had to be flushed 3-4 times to get anything down!

Everything was dirty and smelly...
Not much.
Where to start. Location is too far away from anything. The room smelt funky. The door doesn’t close properly. The room window was originally unlocked. The bathroom door didn’t close properly. The beds were uncomfortable. There was no fridge in room. The hotel is being renovated but there was no mention of that when booking (it’s been going on for nearly 12 months). The ice machines either didn’t work or had been removed (accept the one on Level 1). Staff could have been more friendly, but they weren’t rude.
