Cleaning service, location and facilities were really good

The property tried to overcharge us multiple times during our stay, even though we paid the total amount of our stay + insurance up front, on our check-in day. There were different attempts for withdrawals (1.500$, 1.200$, 700$) for undefined reasons, we talked with 4-5 different people at the reception, nobody had an answer and they all seemed confused by their own system. The property even tried to charge me after my checkout (I didn’t have any balance in this account on purpose because I only use this card for specific/planned payments), I reached out to booking.com, they apologized, but even now, 13 days after my check out the property hasn’t released the insurance fee, so that the refund is made at my account (it’s still marked as "pending from the property" at my transactions. I re-contacted booking.com today and still waiting.

Location is perfect. Staff is very friendly. The place is clean and there is nice lobby bar and coffee stand.

Missing a refrigerator in the room

Location. Comfortable bed.

There was no internet. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights. They said they would fix it, but never did. It had none of the usual in-room amenities like a coffee maker, small fridge, or microwave. They also put over $1500 of pending charges on my debit card due to “an error,” said they’d be removed at check out, but now one day later, they’re still listed as pending.

The location was great, and the entrance is so pretty at night. Rooms were very comfortable, and the bed was awesome. Lots of activity and picture taking around the hotel. Being able to walk to Little Italy is perfect and tons of restaurants in the area.

The Bell staff should be more visible outside, not just in the lobby for luggage as well as guidance. Parking is available off-site, it's a little drive and super $$$. We found out later Sunday is free street parking, would have been nice to know since we stayed on a Sunday night.
